Marine consultants move to Whitechapel offices

TMC relocate from Southwark offices to Standon House, E1

Marine consultants TMC Ltd have relocated from office space in Southwark, SE1 at Lloyds Wharf to new office space in Whitechapel at Standon House, 21 Mansell Street, E1.

TMC has taken 5,212 sq ft of office space on the fifth floor of the multi-let property which is conveniently located for Aldgate and Aldgate East underground stations.

The marine experts will pay £19 per sq ft on a ten year lease to landlords Invest Stream Ltd who were advised by Ostrumoff. Farebrother advised TMC.

TMC provides a high quality, technical investigation and surveying services to the marine insurance, ship-owning and legal professions. It employs over twenty people in the UK.
