Medical Protection Society seeks new Leeds offices
Agent appointed to find up to 60,000 sq ft of Grade A city centre office space

The world’s leading indemnifier of healthcare professionals has appointed property consultant Carter Jonas to find it up 60,000 sq ft of grade A office space in Leeds city centre, to accommodate expansion which has already taken place and anticipated future growth.
The not-for-profit mutual organisation which offers discretionary indemnity to 270,000 members worldwide with the legal, ethical and related problems that arise from their professional practice, has stipulated that its new office space must be within walking distance of Leeds station.
MPS has occupied its current Leeds offices at Granary Wharf House since 1994. The society is headquartered at offices in the West End of London and also has offices in Edinburgh.
Carter Jonas will also be responsible for marketing Granary Wharf House which is expected to fetch in the region of £5.25m.
