Merseyside firms offered Wallasey office space

Companies looking to rent offices in Liverpool may consider a building that is now available to let in Wirral.

The three-storey Gibraltar House in Wallasey has been billed as an ideal company headquarters by local property agent Smith & Sons.

Located close to the planned Wirral Waters development by Peel Holdings, the building contains more than 2,000 sq ft of office space on each floor.

Sean Seery, partner at Smith & Sons, described Gibraltar House as "an attractive, well-planned facility".

He added: "This is a fantastic building that would be an ideal re-location for a broad range of businesses looking for flexible floor space."

The Kelvin Road building, which is located between the two Mersey tunnels, is available for lettings on a floor by floor basis or as one lease for the whole structure.

Last week, English Heritage called for a review of Peel Holdings' plans for the Liverpool Waters development, which is due to create 14,000 apartments and new office space in Liverpool.
