95 Aldwych acquired by private family trust for £15.9m

Arbel Holdings Limited (a private family trust) has purchased 95 Aldwych, London WC2, for £15,910,000 from Grantland Limited.
95 Aldwych comprises 30,394 sq ft of Grade A retail and office space in Midtown and is prominently located close to Covent Garden. The upper office floors have recently undergone a substantial refurbishment to provide good quality office accommodation.
Occupiers include Holmen Paper Limited, Peachey & Co LLP, Nimsoft Limited and Randstad CPE Limited. The ground floor retail unit and part lower ground floor is let to the Post Office.
Arbel Holdings Limited purchased the freehold interest in the multi0let building which generates an annual income of £1,039,734 (£35.47 per sq ft overall).
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP advised Arbel Holdings Limited and Franc Warwick advised Grantland Limited on the sale.
