PaperlinX takes 7,711 sq ft at the Pinnacle

Global paper merchant PaperlinX has signed up for new office space in Milton Keynes at the Pinnacle, bringing the award winning scheme up to 70% occupancy.

 

One of the world’s leading global merchants of paper and communications materials, PaperlinX is relocating from offices in Northampton to establish new headquarter offices in Milton Keynes and will occupy 7,711 sq ft on the fifth floor of the BREEAM Excellent building. The firm will join other occupiers Deloitte & Touche, law firm DentonWilde Sapte, accountants Baker Tilly and financial services company Mazars.

 

Commenting on the move, Ian Jackson, director at Hampton Brook which advised on the deal, said: “PaperlinX were attracted to the Pinnacle because of the high quality of offices, its stunning location and excellent communications for staff.”

 

“Whilst the Pinnacle is providing the best Grade A office space in Central Milton Keynes it also demonstrates excellent green credentials and offers considerable energy savings for its tenants. We are pleased with our enquiry levels for the remaining space from companies who are equally suitably impressed with the package that the Pinnacle offers.”

 

The Pinnacle stands out as one of the most prestigious developments to arrive on the business landscape of Milton Keynes for more than 25 years. The first BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rated offices in the city is also the winner of the Office Development Awards for Sustainable Achievement.
