German manufacturer takes warehouse and office space at Premus business park

Leading German producer of mounting systems for Photo voltaic applications, Schletter has chosen Unit 4 at Premus as the base for its new UK Headquarters. Schletter has moved in to a 10,915 sq ft unit comprising industrial warehouse and office space in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire at the prestigious Premus development.

Schletter entered into a new ten year lease on the property which is owned by Barwood Developments, at a rent of £7.50 per sq ft. The German firm has joined Kramer Electronics, Aalco and Wycombe Water at the scheme which totals 99,298 sq ft of industrial space and 16,705 sq ft of office space.

Premus offers a range of industrial/warehouse units finished to the highest possible standard. Offices are fitted out on the first floor offering the flexibility to increase the office content by fitting out the area beneath which is already fully glazed.

The scheme is prominently located on Coldharbour Way within Brunel Park, which is Ayesbury’s principal new commercial development situated to the west of the town centre.
