Private equity real estate Frogmore has successfully completed the first new letting of office space in Maidenhead, Berkshire at Foundation Park.
Building 8, a 23,168 sq ft self-contained building, has been let to Lexmark International Limited on a 10 year lease with a break after five years at a rent of £23 per sq ft.
Foundation Park is located on the western side of Maidenhead and enjoys excellent infrastructure links to the M4 and M40 motorways. The park also has its own dedicated low carbon bus service which runs between the Park, Maidenhead town centre and the railway station.
The latest phase of work at Foundation Park has been the construction of Buildings 4, 7 and 8 together with a new café facility to serve the entire development. Both Buildings 7 and 8 were stripped back to their frames and a second floor structure added and Building 4 offers newly built Grade A accommodation over the ground, first and second floors.
Among Frogmore’s assets are offices in Kent, Essex and Altrincham, as well as office space in the West End of London and the City of London
Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield advised Frogmore; Lexmark International Limited was represented by CBRE.
