The “Queen’s Bank” relocates to new offices in Birmingham

Bankers to the rich and famous, Coutts & Co, are relocating to new office space in Birmingham. The bank will occupy the top two floors of 45 Church Street vacating existing space at Wellesley House, Waterloo Street.
The UK private banking arm of the Royal Bank of Scotland, has taken a 10 year lease on 6,500 sq ft of office accommodation in penthouse-style office some of the most stunning panoramic views over the city centre and the wider Birmingham conurbation.
Coutts & Co joins Mazars chartered accountants and King Sturge property consultants as occupiers of the building. GBR Phoenix Beard and DTZ acted for owners Standard Life Investments and Coutts & Co were advised by GVA.
