A newly refurbished and extended office building providing 22,500 sq ft of office space in Midtown, WC1, is set to be fully occupied by Hult International Business School.
The School with five campuses across the World, ranked in the Financial Times top 100 business schools has taken the offices in Bloomsbury on John Street on a 15 year lease from GMS Estates Ltd.
The building has already been shortlisted for this year’s retrofit Oscars, the 3R Awards. It was designed by Emrys Architects and features innovative design, high-quality workmanship, good floorplates and strong green credentials, with an atrium, terraces and a garden.
Overlooking Gray’s Inn Gardens in the heart of Bloomsbury, Conquest House enjoys a superb location in a vibrant area of Central London steeped in culture and history.
