Ingersoll Rand signs for new Bolton offices
Diversified industrial company will relocate UK sales headquarters to Orbit Development’s Middlebrook scheme

Acting on behalf of Ingersoll Rand European Sales, King Sturge has completed the acquisition of 13,880 sq ft of office space in Bolton within Sefton House, part of Orbit Developments Middlebrook development.
Ingersoll Rand is a global diversified industrial company with headquarter offices in Dublin. The firm is relocating from existing office space in Wigan at Hindley Green.
Richard Wharton at King Sturge who represented Ingersoll Rand commented: "Sefton House fulfilled our client's locational requirements being located on Junction 6 of the M61 motorway and provides high quality office space to match our client's image and accommodate their interior fit out requirements".
