Award winning digital agency, Yucca Media, recently moved into its new office space in Bristol at the historic Bush House. The media firm has taken 3,841 sq ft of accommodation on the fifth floor of the harbour property which is also known as the ‘Arnolfini.’
Yucca Media will pay around £13.50 for the Spaceship Earth owned office space and has signed a seven year lease in a deal brokered by DTZ.
Bush House is one of Bristol’s most prominent buildings and is situated between the two arms of the Floating Harbour. Better known as the ‘Arnolfini’ – the arts centre conversion of 1975, the building is now an important part of Bristol’s cultural lofe.
It dates back to the first half of the 19th century and was built as a warehouse for an iron-founding firm. Latterly as an arts centre, gallery and offices, the property was refurbished and redeveloped in 1989 and 2005. It now houses galleries, a specialist bookshop, a reading room and cinema/theatre in addition to office accommodation.
