Brightside Group expands to BREEAM Excellent office space

One of the UK’s fastest-growing insurance broking and financial services firms, Brightside Group, has signed up for new office space in Bristol at Lysander House, Cribbs Causeway.

The broker, which is one of the UK's top 20 insurance companies, has taken 18,793 sq ft of accommodation at the BREEAM “Excellent” office scheme at around £22.50 per sq ft.

 
Formerly the site of a Harry Ramsden fish and chip restaurant, Lysander House offers high quality office space in one of the most energy efficient and sustainable buildings to have been developed in Bristol so far.

Developers Terramond Limited are a successful independent company with an impressive track record in the field of property development, having established themselves as one of the most active development companies in the West of England.

Commenting on the new tenant, Huw Thomas, director, Terramond said: "Lysander House is North Bristol's greenest office building with a BREEAM rating of Excellent. We are delighted that a dynamic business such as Brightside has chosen our building to meet its' growth ambitions."
