Attacat moves in to refurbished office space on George Street

Internet marketing firm Attacat has settled in to new offices in Edinburgh following a move which marks an expansion for the business.

After almost doubling in size to nine full-time staff in less than 12 months, Attacat’s existing office space in the Stockbridge area of Edinburgh was insufficient to support the growing business.

Attacat now resides on the top floor of 86 George Street which is a category B listed building, which has recently been refurbished to provide three levels of office space in Edinburgh city centre.

The new office comprises 1,318 sq ft which has been taken on a five-year lease.

Landlord CB Richard Ellis Investors was advised by CBRE; FT Linden advised Attactat.
