Concept art and production design agency relocate to refurbished period offices

Media design firm Leading Light Conceptual Design is relocating to new office space in Guildford town centre at a Grade II listed building which has been extensively restored.

The firm, which provides concept art and production design to the entertainment industry, will move to the period offices at 18 The Mount, relocating from office space at Surrey Research Park.

The property comprises 758 sq ft of open plan office accommodation with on-site car parking and has been let on a three-year lease negotiated by local independent commercial agents Kingstons.

Leading Light has a number of high profile entertainment clients, including EA Games, EA Sports, Microsoft Games Studio, BBC Two and Lionhead Studios.
