Health insurance providers take 6,900 sq ft of office space on Kensington High Street

On behalf of a private Landlord joint advisors Jones Lang LaSalle and Knight Frank have successfully leased 6,900 sq ft of office space in Kensington, W8, to BUPA.

 

The health insurance providers have taken the third and fourth floors at 37-45 Kensington High Street, on a new 15 year lease with breaks at years 5 and 10 at a rent of £40 per sq ft.

 

The building is a brand new development comprising 14,000 sq ft and provides modern contemporary office accommodation. Located in the heart of Kensington the property is a short walk from Hyde Park and benefits from excellent communication links.
