Property management company Chainbow has revealed plans to expand by moving into new office space in Leeds.The organisation, which currently manages 114 developments throughout London and the south-east, has seen increased demand for its consulting services in the north of the country, Property Live reports.
Commenting on the office space in Leeds, chairman and chief executive of the business Roger Southam said his company fully intends to make a positive impact in the region.
He remarked: "For the past 12 months we have been planning our extension outside the south-east and now it's coming to fruition."
The enterprise is currently working on a number of residential and commercial projects in Yorkshire.
According to the company, it is expecting its Leeds branch to expand within the next year and it will be taking on more staff to cope with the extra workload.
Chainbow recently landed the Young Property Manager of the Year and Porter of the Year accolades at the Property Management Awards.
