St Martins lets 150,000 sq ft at Hays Galleria

PricewaterhouseCoopers has signed up to take around 150,000 sq ft of office space in Southwark, SE1 at the St Martins-owned Hays Galleria, London Bridge City.
The letting represents the largest single transaction of office space on the Southbank to date this year. It is reinforced by a further letting of around 42,000 sq ft at Shackleton House, Hays Galleria, to Hilson Moran Partnership and Orient Express Services Limited.
St Martins is undertaking a comprehensive refurbishment of both Cottons Centre and 1 London Bridge to provide circa. 340,000 sq ft of high quality office space for completion Q1 2013. Cushman & Wakefield was appointed to represent St Martins as sole letting agent on London Bridge City in August 2010. The prime riverside development comprises a mixture of office, residential, retail and leisure space including the major landmark buildings; No. 1 London Bridge, Cottons Centre and the five office buildings within Hays Galleria.
