Bramall Construction's south-east office in Luton has benefited from an £180,000 refit

Bramall Construction has seen its office space in Luton fitted out by Preferred Office Environments (POE).

The Cheshire-based bespoke office design firm was handed a £180,000 contract to create a modern working environment, which will serve as Bramall's base for operations in London, the south-east and the east of England.

Working to a six-week schedule described as "tight", POE designed the layout, installed partition walls and glass doors, created a reception area and provided furnishings for the office space, Insider reports.

New floor coverings designed to reflect the occupier's corporate colours were also installed.

The finished building has been described as a "contemporary and striking" base for the 50 employees who will work there.

It represents the third office refurbishment POE has completed for Bramall during its two-year relationship with the construction firm.

Other clients POE has worked with on office projects since the company was established in 1996 include AstraZeneca, DTZ, English Partnerships and Liverpool University.
