Four companies sign up in April for accommodation at the Manchester scheme

Manchester Science Parks is continuing a good start to the year with the addition of four new tenant companies who have taken office space at the Manchester scheme at its Corridor site.
Nuweb, founded in January 2010, has moved into Enterprise House and is an IT development company specialising in cloud management information systems.
Lucid Innovation helps companies develop, prototype and produce new products, brands and service experiences with a client list which includes Siemens, Brother, SSL International, NHS Trusts, UMIP, numerous University spin outs and start up technology businesses.
Protein Technologies (PTL), formed by Paul Goddard; formerly commercial director of CoEBio3 at the University of Manchester, and Dr. Farid Khan; a PhD graduate of Cambridge University, works to commercialise a new class of proteins that will have applications in pharmaceuticals and industrial biotechnology.
Lumophore is a professional consulting company focused on serving the biotechnology industry. Employing a panel of consultants recruited from both industry and academia (Universities of Cambridge, Oxford and Manchester), they provide technological solutions in life science projects, undertake grant proposals, peer reviews, and create and license intellectual property for clients world-wide.
The new tenants chose MSL for its facilities, community, networking opportunities, links with the University of Manchester and excellent communications.
