Serviced Office Group & BT announce imminent opening of Westside Hemel Centre

Serviced Office Group in partnership with BT has announced that the Westside Hemel Centre will open in next two months.

This new and exciting venture offers clients the opportunity to work within a newly refurbished prominent building which also plays host to having Epson headquartered there across 54,000 sq ft.

Serviced Office Group will manage over 100,000 sq ft of office space at the Hertfordshire scheme and in doing so offer flexible terms for those prospects seeking office space ranging from 150 sq ft to whole floor plates of circa 12,000 sq ft. It will cater for business space needs across the whole spectrum from start ups to those clients seeking corporate managed floors.
