Legal recruitment firm Sacco Mann has moved in to new office space in Manchester at Hardman Estates’ Vantage Point office scheme.
The firm has taken occupation of a 1,800 sq ft office suite on a 10-year term at the building which comprises 50,000 sq ft of office space in the Spinningfields district of the city.
John Sacco at Sacco Mann commented: “We wanted a building that was in highly visible location, within close proximity of the concentration of solicitors and professional firms already based at Spinningfields. Vantage Point delivers exactly that.
“This is a big step forward for our firm. We want to build on the reputation and success we’ve had to date and it is important that our new regional office is reflective of our modern approach.”
Sacco Mann joins existing tenant Allied Irish Bank, which occupies 16,000 sq ft over the ground, seventh, eighth and ninth floors.
In January Sacco Mann’s north east team moved in to new office space in Leeds at Highcross’s Broadgate scheme. The recruiter also has office space in the City of London on Fetter Lane, EC4.
Lambert Smith Hampton advised Sacco Mann.
