Claims management company moves to South Preston Office Village

A claims management company which is experiencing growth has become the latest firm to take up office space in Preston, Lancashire at Roundhouse Properties’ South Preston Office Village development.

Since the company formed in 2009, Strathern Associates has quickly established itself as one the leading claims management companies in the North West.

2011 is set to be the year of expansion for Strathern as it looks to offer more financial services from its new base. The company has taken a 646 sq ft office at the South Preston business village.

Company director, Jane Day spoke about the plans, she said: “We’re very excited about the relocation to South Preston Office Village in Bamber Bridge. It is in a great location and very well connected, and able to provide us with the capabilities we will require this year to expand and grow our business.”

Harold Lefton, director of Roundhouse Properties welcomed the new tenant. He said: “South Preston Office Village is now at 90% occupancy which is great news but this is based upon the fact we work hand-in-hand with tenants to make sure we have a positive working relationship.

“Our flexible approach is also key, but the very style and location of the office village and the services that situated near it make it a great place to do business from.”

Nick Kos of Bailey Deakin and Hamiltons acted on behalf of Roundhouse Properties on the transaction.
