Terrace Hill lets further space at its Maidenhead office scheme
Global pharmaceutical company and Seagate together take 19,000 sq ft at Quantum

Terrace Hill has secured two new lettings of office space in Maidenhead, Berkshire, totalling approximately 19,000 sq ft at its Quantum office scheme.
A global pharmaceutical company has taken the entire first floor of Quantum 1 comprising 11,000 sq ft, while hard disk drive and storage solutions provider, Seagate has signed up for 7,680 sq ft. The lettings were secured on 10 year leases and reflect headline rents of £26 per sq ft, generating an additional annualised income of over £485,000 for the scheme.
Quantum is a new premier office development adjacent to Vanwall Business Park, Maidenhead's principal out of town office location. The development includes two separate Grade A office buildings on a landscaped, gated site and is positioned close to the M4, M40 and M25.
Other tenants at Quantum include Biogen Idec and Compuware.
