Rockspring Property Investment Management has let 7,600 sq ft of office space in St Albans at its Verulam Point office building in Station Way, to RL Polk Ltd, the automotive data and marketing solutions company.
The tenant has signed a new 10-year lease, with a five-year break, at a rent of £21.50 per sq ft for the first floor space.
Verulam Point underwent a comprehensive refurbishment including a new entrance, which was completed last Autumn and only 6,500 sq ft remains available.
RL Polk joins an impressive list of other occupiers in the building which includes Luxottica the owner of Sunglass Hut, David Clulow and Oakley.
Hanover Green and Peter Lewis Associates acted for Rockspring while Langley Byers Bennett represented RL Polk.
Earlier this month Rockspring secured a pre-let of 90,000 sq ft of office space in Kingston, Surrey, in the largest south east office letting of the year and the biggest in Kingston for 25 years.
Leading multinational oil company Saipem has signed up for the entire lettable office space at Kings House and Conquest House, a refurbishment project acquired by Rockspring on behalf its UK Value fund in March 2011, as part of the St Martins south east office portfolio.
