OSTC takes 2,237 sq ft at period office building

Trading company OSTC has signed up for offices in Brighton at the newly refurbished Phoenix House. The global financial traders with offices in Bromley and Tunbridge Wells in Kent have taken 2,237 sq ft of accommodation on the first floor of the attractive period office building.

Phoenix House offers high quality refurbished office space in Brighton’s commercial district, close to the seafront and the railway station. The property comprises 12,480 sq ft over four floors, divided into eleven suites.

OSTC will pay £16.50 per sq ft on a five-year lease to landlord RO Frome. The deal includes a three-month rent free period and a three-year tenant break. RO Frome were advised by Flude Commerical.
