Brodies hires five partners and signs up for new office space

Scottish law firm Brodies is expanding its business with the hire of five new partners and the taking up of new office space in Aberdeen.
The corporate and commercial practise which has two offices in Edinburgh and an office in Glasgow is preparing to open a new base in Aberdeen later in the year.
The five new hires will bring a wealth of experience to Brodie’s public law and regulatory team in Edinburgh as well as expertise in the areas of UK and EU competition law, state aid and public procurement across sectors including energy, transport and financial services, also debt restructuring and recovery work, employment, commercial property and the oil and gas sectors.
Brodies’ Head of the Public Law and Regulatory team, Christine O’Neill, has just been named as one of “The Lawyer” magazine’s “Hot 100,” in its prestigious annual round-up of UK legal experts at the very top of their profession.
