Aviva Tower up for grabs in City of London

Offices on Undershaft expected to fetch £300m

Office space in the City of London is coming to market as the last property in the White Tower London office portfolio is put up for sale.

 

CB Richard Ellis and Knight Frank will jointly market Aviva Tower, the 315,254 sq ft offices in the heart of City which are home to Aviva.

 

The property on Undershaft, EC3, is expected to fetch in excess of £300m. Aviva still has 13 years remaining on their lease which is worth £16.5m per annum.
