New tenants at 30 St Mary Axe
Swiss Re lets 31,917 sq ft at iconic Gherkin

Swiss Re has let 31,917 sq ft of office space in the City of London at the iconic landmark tower, 30 St Mary Axe, EC3.
The entire third floor totalling 13,299 sq ft has been let to Allied World Assurance Company who has taken a ten year lease at a rent understood to be £40 per sq ft.
Swiss Re has also sublet the entire 18,618 sq ft 14th floor to Standard Life Employee Services Limited also on a ten year lease. SLES are thought to be paying £48 per sq ft for the prime location office space in the Square Mile.
30 St Mary Axe, widely known as ‘The Gherkin’ is situation on the former site of the Baltic Exchange. At 180 mtrs tall, it is the second tallest building in the City of London.
