Waste Creative take up new office space in Farringdon

Digital creative agency Waste Creative are set to relocate to new office space in Farringdon, EC1.

The media firm will move from offices on Charing Cross Road, WC2, to Baird House, 15-17 St Cross Street, EC1, close to Hatton Garden.

Waste Creative has signed up for 1,750 sq ft of newly refurbished office space on the second floor of the property which is owned by Middlesex Securities.

The creative agency whose work includes the Pan-European online ad campaign for Iron Man 2, will pay £25 per sq ft on a five-year lease for the offices in the City of London.
