Highcross attracts Market Makers to 1000 Lakeside

Telemarketing agency takes 6,000 sq ft of office space at Portsmouth scheme

Highcross has let 6,000 sq ft of office space in Portsmouth at its 1000 Lakeside office building. Telemarketing and telesales agency Market Makers has taken the second-floor space on a new 6 year lease.

The move is an expansion for the firm which employs 100 staff and had reached capacity also at its former offices in Portsmouth.

Market Makers is currently expanding across each of its three service areas of telemarketing, strategic multi-channel marketing and online analytical software. With further significant growth anticipated in the next 3-4 years, finding business premises with growth potential was critical.

Market Makers MD, Paul Thomas comments: “1000 Lakeside offered the prestigious premises which we needed to fit the image of our business, but equally important, the potential to take on further space in the building as our business grows.”

Located adjacent to Junction 12 of the M27 at the gateway to Portsmouth, 1000 Lakeside is set in extensively landscaped grounds and has almost 1,000 car parking spaces. Office space is available up to 72,000 sq ft, with a Regus business centre also located on site for companies requiring smaller accommodation.
