Internal lighting and illuminated signage has been installed at a new complex offering office space in Slough. The developers behind Windsor House, which offers 98,800 sq ft of space in the Berkshire town, hope to attract potential tenants by emphasising the views from the building.
According to Insider, Green Property and LaSalle Investment Management's UK Ventures Fund has installed large illuminated signs on the upper floors of the building that say "great views" and "great space".
"In the dark days of January, we wanted to light up Slough, drawing local occupiers' attention to the building," developer at Green Property Mike Tapp told the publication.
Firms looking to rent offices in Slough can let space at Windsor House on a floor-by-floor basis, starting from 12,500 sq ft.
The structure has a BREEAM rating of "very good" and offers panoramic views of the surrounding area thanks to floor-to-ceiling glass on the upper floors.
Located just off junction six of the M4, the building is within 17 minutes of London Paddington station by train.
