Full service digital agency expands office requirement in West Yorkshire

Specialist ecommerce agency Chapter Eight is moving to new office space in Leeds on the 11^th floor of The Basilica at 2 King Charles Street.

Chapter Eight has taken the 3,130 sq ft Grade A office accommodation on a 10-year FRI lease. A stepped rental rising to £17.00 per sq ft was agreed with landlord Warwick House Property Partnership.

The ecommerce form chose to relocate their corporate headquarters due to their recent acquisition of ORCA Websites, which saw their team and client base significantly increase. The central Leeds location will be vital for further growth of their business operations between Yorkshire and their offices in Soho, London.
