Bruntwood attracts two new customers to The Plaza

Property company lets 23,000 sq ft of office space in Liverpool

Bruntwood, the North of England commercial property company have signed up two new customers for office space in Liverpool at The Plaza, in St Paul’s Square. The deals total 23,000 sq ft with international airline company US Airways taking 12,000 sq ft of and solicitors Parabis Law LLP taking 11,000 sq ft.

Tim Oliver, CEO of Parabis Law LLP said: “The Plaza is perfect for our business, with an exceptional on-site customer service team, as well as being in the heart of Liverpool's commercial district. Bruntwood have been more than helpful in meeting our requirements and they are working to very tight timescales project managing our fit-out works to ensure we meet our occupation deadlines."
