Peel has let 41,721 sq ft of space at Quay West to Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council has signed up for office space in Trafford, Manchester. The local Council will move in to 41,721 sq ft of offices at Quay West.

The deal will see the Council temporarily relocate to the landmark building in Summer 2011.

Quay West, one of the most iconic landmarks in the locality forms part of MediaCityUK in Salford Quays.
