Digital media company ustwo has signed up for new office space in Shoreditch, London E1, at Derwent London’s Tea Building. The digital design studio will move in to 8,616 sq ft of space at the 248,083 sq ft scheme on Bethnal Green Road. A proud achievement by the team at Hatton Real Estate, the landlord's sole leasing agents.

Once occupied by the Lipton Tea factory, the early twentieth century warehouses were refurbished to create a number of high quality open spaces that allow companies to stamp their own distinctive mark on each unit.
