Firms looking to rent office space in Manchester could consider the Margolis Building, but are advised to move quickly

Office space in Manchester in the city's Margolis Building is in high demand, with just one unit left in the property.According to Manchester Confidential, the Northern Quarter building, which was built by local firm BrookFinch, is now home to a range of firms that required office space in Manchester.
Twilight is to use its office space to house a brand new hair salon and travel firm ET Travel is now occupying 1,318 sq ft of space on the building's second floor.
The office space complex is made up of a main building and several smaller cottage-type properties, a number of which have been rented by Twilight.
Preston-based firm ELSTAT Electronics now has more than 1,150 sq ft of office space in Manchester after signing a three-year lease for space on the Margolis Building's third floor.
Commenting on the development, BrookFinch praised the surrounding area for its facilities and proximity to transport links, including Manchester's two main railway stations.
