Chartered surveyors move to new offices in Central London

Gerald Eve is starting the new year at new offices in the West End following a move from its historic base on Vere Street to corporate offices at 72 Welbeck Street, London, W1.

Gerald Eve managing partner Simon Rees said: “We can now accommodate all our West End based professional staff on one floor. 72 Welbeck Street is one of the very few nearby buildings that enables us to do this. This way of working enhances our collaborative style and allows us to achieve our objective of joining up across our specialisms to offer a broad and innovative service to clients.”

The new offices will be the venue for a series of networking events, seminars and research briefings, which Gerald Eve will be hosting in the coming weeks.

Gerald Eve has also unveiled a refreshed brand identity which Rees says reflects “a contemporary image that is in keeping with a creative and client focused organisation.”

Rees added: “Both our office move and refreshed branding, mark a very positive end to 2010 and we look forward with enthusiasm to the new year and to continuing to provide the very best service to our clients.”
