Levi’s Footwear & Accessories UK Ltd has signed up for new office space in Clerkenwell.

The retailer has taken 1,171 sq ft of ‘media style’ offices at Scripter Court, 155-157 Farringdon Road, EC1.

Levi’s will pay £24.50 per sq ft on a five-year lease to landlord Threadneedle Investments.
