Bristol's Ujima House has office space to offer small businesses and social enterprises

Ujima House on Wilder Street is being promoted to small companies looking to rent offices in Bristol.The building in St Paul's was largely occupied by the CEED Charity until October this year, but now has vacant space to offer following the liquidation of the organisation, Bristol 24-7 reports.
Leaseholder the Centre for Employment and Enterprise Development remains open for business, with small firms and social enterprises encouraged to consider the premises for new office space in Bristol.
"I believe Ujima House could offer excellent accommodation for all kinds of small businesses," said insolvency practitioner Rupert Mullins, whose firm Benedict Mackenzie dealt with the liquidation of CEED.
Situated on the fringes of the city centre, the building includes conference facilities, meeting rooms and units for single-desk business occupiers.
Current tenants include offshoots of the CEED Charity such as Ujima Radio and the Positive Action Consortium.
Insurance broker Willis recently took on new office space in Bristol by moving to St Catherine's Court in Berkeley Place, Clifton.
