New West Drayton offices for British Gas subsidiary

British gas subsidiary BMSi Ltd has signed up for office space in West Drayton, Middlesex. The energy company will move into ground floor offices totalling 1,290 sq ft at Sovereign Court.

 

Sovereign court is a modern development of retail units and office space near Heathrow Airport. It is located adjacent to the Heathrow Spur Road providing unparalleled access to the airport and M4. The property comprises open plan and cellular offices fitted to a high specification.

 

The building is owned by Orbit Southern who themselves are based on the edge of the airport and whose portfolio extends to 450,000 sq ft commercial space across 32 buildings in 13 sites located throughout the South West. Orbit Southern is the sister company of Orbit Development, both of which are subsidiaries of parent company The Emerson Group which is headquartered at offices in Alderley Edge, Cheshire.
