100% occupancy only six months after opening for Midtown serviced offices

Just six months after opening its doors, Orega’s High Holborn business centre offering serviced offices in London’s Midtown is now fully occupied.
The distinctive glass-fronted building at 16 High Holborn provides 281 workstations over five floors and a range of meeting room and break-out areas. Business consultancy Deloitte is among the many occupiers to take advantage of its strategic location, close to Chancery Lane underground station, and state-of-the-art IT and telecoms.
Zach Douglas, joint managing director of Orega, comments: “The choice of building for our first central London business centre was arrived at after an extensive trawl of the capital to find the best opportunity for us. The decision we made has clearly paid off as we have attracted a sterling line-up of occupiers, both well-established blue-chip companies and fledgling or smaller businesses seeking a well-located London base and an attractive working environment.
“To fill the business centre in six months is a ringing endorsement of both our careful selection process and our ability to deliver swift and strong returns to our property partners. We look forward to establishing further business centres in London in the near future.”
Earlier this month Orega announced that its Colmore Plaza business centre offering serviced offices in Birmingham city centre also reached full capacity.
