Flexible office provider Orega has welcomed its first new clients to its latest business centre providing serviced offices in Bristol at Ten Victoria Street.
Since February, three new clients have moved in to the business centre. Natural Beverages and recruitment company Wrightson Wood have relocated from elsewhere in Bristol, while Cardiff-based building contractor Astec Projects has taken space while they work on Finzels Reach, the new mixed-use development being built behind Ten Victoria Street.
Orega’s business centre occupies the ground, first and second floors of Ten Victoria Street, providing 27,000 sq ft of high-quality serviced office space as well as a range of conference and meeting rooms. A total of 200 workstations are available on flexible licences.
Commenting on the new centre, Amanda Blakemore, regional sales manager for Orega said: “We are attracting a lot of interest from a diverse mix of potential occupiers seeking well-located and flexible office space.
The high standard of the built environment, our sophisticated IT and telephony systems and the building’s central location all add up to an attractive proposition for businesses requiring an adaptable workplace.”
