Prestigious awards win for Miller Developments

Developers of E.ON’s HQ offices in Nottingham scoop Estates Gazette award

Miller Developments has been voted Property Company of the Year, in two regional markets, in the Estates Gazette Regional Awards 2011.

Winning the accolades for Scotland and, through its joint venture Miller Birch, for East Midlands, Miller topped the readers’ votes to claim the awards. Miller’s Scottish portfolio includes 27,500 sq ft of newly refurbished office space in Glasgow at West Regent Street and the 32,000 sq ft offices in Aberdeen at Freedom House which are fully let to Aker Offshore.

In the East Midlands Miller Birch recently opened the new headquarter offices in Nottingham of Speedo and in March a forward funding deal was secured to deliver E.ON’s 105,000 sq ft office scheme also in Nottingham.
