Arle Capital Partners has signed up for new office space in St James’s, SW1, at Twelve Charles II Street.
The private equity firm will occupy 8,000 sq ft of office accommodation, paying £75 per sq ft on a ten-year lease.
Twelve Charles II Street was redesigned and redeveloped to provide 53,000 sq ft of highly specified grade A office space in the West End, benefitting from a superb roof terrace which allows occupiers the opportunity for recreational use within their working environment.
The Standard Life scheme, designed by award-winning Sidell Gibson Architects, is a highly prominent building on the corner of Charles II Street and Regent Street, with unparalleled communications links. The location has attracted many high profile corporate occupiers due to its extremely prestigious image.
Strutt & Parker and CB Richard Ellis are joint agents on the scheme, Arle was advised by Masons.
