Private investor scoops Leeds landmark office building
£2.09m paid for Prospect House, home to serviced office provider Prospect Business Centres

Monument Investments has sold offices in Leeds to a private London based buyer for £2.09m. Prospect House comprises 18,643 sq ft of office space in Leeds city centre on Sovereign Street.
The former warehouse was transformed into the first serviced offices in Leeds in the 1980's and has been occupied by Prospect Business Centres ever since. They have committed to lease the building for a further 15 years.
Alex Whiting, Senior Director of Capital Markets at CB Richard Ellis, who advised on the sale said; "Prospect House is a well known Leeds landmark let on a long lease to an established tenant. The opportunity provides good rental returns for the purchaser."
Prospect Business Centres operates a further two centres in Leeds as well as serviced offices in York city centre at Apollo House.
