In December business centre provider Pure Offices announced that it is expanding its offering of serviced offices in Oxford and Cheltenham with the acquisition of new premises.
Pure Offices have acquired the freehold of Parkway Court at Oxford Business Park (pictured), and will be re-developing the vacant buildings as new air conditioned serviced offices. The new centre will open in March 2012, and will initially provide 25 office suites ranging from 100 to 600 sq ft.
Additionally the flexible office space provider has exchanged contracts to purchase a prime site to develop a new business providing serviced offices at Cheltenham Business Park, adjoining the new Asda Superstore.
A planning application will be submitted shortly, and Pure expect to be on site, subject to planning, by May 2012, with the new business centre opening spring 2013.
