Python Properties secure new tenant at Warrington offices

Flood risk and environmental management specialists, JBA Consulting, have signed up for new office space in Warrington at Python Properties’ Bank Quay House on Sankey Street.
The Yorkshire-based firm, with offices in Skipton, are the latest new signing at the five-storey, refurbished property which is located in the centre of the town, opposite Warrington’s magnificent Town Hall and famous Golden Gates.
The signing marks a milestone for Python Properties, it being the 50th tenancy agreement since the company was founded in 2005, during which time over 150,000 sq ft of office space has been converted and six buildings regenerated. Python also announced that is has doubled the size of its commercial property department.
Commenting on the achievements, Martin Johnson, a company partner, said: “When we first entered the commercial market six years ago we were committed to providing tenants with a first-class customer service, something that we still endeavour to do today.”
