Quartet of new tenants at City office scheme

Helical Bar lets 42,094 sq ft of office space at 200 Aldersgate

Four new tenants have signed up for office space in the City of London, EC1 at 200 Aldersgate.

Dexia Management Services will occupy the 13^th floor comprising 6,600 sq ft while Talent2 (UK) Limited has taken up 4,296 sq ft on the 7^th Floor South Block at the Helical Bar owned scheme.

Serviced office group i2 Office has taken 13,852 sq ft on the first floor south and law firm Venner Shipley will occupy 17,346 sq ft on the 8^th floor.

Virgin Active recently signed up to open a self-contained facility in the building, comprising two fitness studios, a swimming pool, indoor cycling and over 10,000 sq ft of gym floorspace.
