King Sturge’s Scottish agency team has been appointed by Aviva to market office space in Edinburgh at Hayweight House on Lauriston Street.
Originally built in the early 1990’s Hayweight House has been comprehensively refurbished in a £1.3m project managed by King Sturge’s Building Consultancy team and now offers flexible open plan offices on each storey.
The new fully glazed elevations give the building a striking appearance forming a landmark for the area. The property extends to 19,378 sq ft over six floors, with seven car parking spaces. It offers open plan office accommodation from 2,033 sq ft.
King Sturge anticipate keen interest in this building: “It has been refurbished to a very high standard and we are offering flexible open plan floor by floor lettings with competitive terms” said John Clement, Partner at King Sturge.
Hayweight House is positioned in central Edinburgh, between the major office location of Saltire Court, Quartermile and Princes Exchange. Lauriston Street links onto a main arterial route through the historic city centre, with easy access to main bus routes. The Grassmarket is close by with many of the city’s best known bars and restaurants, whilst the Apex, Point Hotel, Novotel and Premier Inn are all in close proximity.
