SK Energy takes up Oxford Street offices
Debut signing for West End office redevelopment

A striking contemporary new development of offices in the West End has welcomed its first tenant with the signing of SK Energy.
The Korean oil company is taking 3,195 sq ft of office space in Oxford Street at Salmon Harvester Properties 11,925 sq ft scheme.
SK Energy has signed a ten-year lease at £47.50 sq ft for the entire third floor offices at 175 Oxford Street, which occupies an exceptionally prominent location only a few moments from Oxford Circus.
Joint agents on the £30m development are H2SO and Knight Frank. SK Energy was advised by Pickthorn.
